Thank you for visiting our web shop on the web site www.zenlipadel.com, published by Zenli AB. These terms and conditions (hereafter Terms) shall apply on all purchases of products on this web site. We recommend you read the Terms before placing your order. When you place an order on this web site you must accept the Terms unconditionally and agree to follow the Terms. 

To place an order in the web shop you must be 18 years old or older.

The order process

Once you have decided what product you want, put the product in your cart by clicking “add to cart”. When you are ready to place your order go to cart and click “checkout”, where you will see an overview with information of all products selected by you. It is important that you review your order and the accuracy of your name, address, e-mail and telephone number.

An order confirmation will be sent to your email address when your order has been placed. In the order confirmation you will find information about your purchased products, price, payment method and delivery address. If you do not receive an order confirmation or if you find an error in the order confirmation, please notify us immediately by sending an email to customercare@zenlipadel.com.

Prices

All prices in the web shop are stated in SEK and include Swedish VAT (25%). 

Payment methods

You may choose any of the payment methods indicated on our web site. Zenli AB reserves the right to not offer all payment methods if the one you have chosen for some reason is not working at the time of the purchase. Depending on what country you are purchasing from limitations may apply in available payment methods. 

Consumers within the EU

If you are a consumer within the EU VAT is already included in your price.

Consumers outside of the EU

Orders sent to countries outside of the EU are exempt Swedish VAT. However, note that local VAT, import duties and other local taxes or costs may apply once your order reaches your country. It is your obligation as a consumer outside of the EU to meet the legal requirement set out by your country.

Shipping and delivery

All orders placed on our web site are shipped from Sweden and delivered to the address specified in your order. Your order is usually dispatched within 24h (during weekdays) after your order has been confirmed by us. Once your order has been dispatched, we can no longer cancel or redirect your order.

We apply free shipping within Sweden on all orders above 500 SEK.

Normal delivery time for products in stock and shipping charges:

  • Sweden: 2-5 weekdays - 39 SEK
  • Europe: 3-7 weekdays - 99 SEK
  • Rest of the world: delivery time varies – from 119 SEK

All orders are  normally sent with PostNord. If a delay in your delivery should occur, please contact us at customercare@zenlipadel.com. Please note that the above mentioned delivery times only are estimates and that longer delivery times may apply.

In some instances, limitations may apply to shipments to various countries. Zenli AB reserves the right to cancel orders and shipments should such limitations occur. 

If you package is damaged at your delivery you are responsible of pointing this out to the carrier and to make a complaint to the shipping company by contacting their customer service.

Return policy

You are entitled to return or exchange a product purchased from our web shop within 14 days counting from the day after you received your order from the shipper. 

How to use your right to return

You must notify us of your return by sending a message to customercare@zenlipadel.com within 14 days from the day after you received your order. In your email you must provide us with your name, address, email, order number and information regarding what product is being returned. You must immediately after sending us your return notice return the product to us together with the return notice sent to you with your order.

A full refund will be made for all products returned provided they are in the same condition as when you received them (all tags still attached). If your handling of the product has resulted in the product losing its value to a greater extent than necessary to determine its function and fit you will be charged a reimbursement fee for the depreciation.

We will refund you within 14 days from the date Zenli AB receives your return notice provided that we have received your returned product within this time. Otherwise we will refund you as soon as possible upon receipt of your return. The refund will be made through the same payment method used when placing your order.

Return shipping cost  

When using your right to return a product you are responsible to pay the return shipping cost as well as ensuring that the product is well packaged during shipping.

If you are returning your product from Sweden we can assist you with a pre-paid return label.  Send an email to customercare@zenlipadel.com should you want a pre-paid return label. Your return shipping cost for the pre-paid return label is:

  • Returns made from Sweden - 39 SEK.

 

We will deduct the return shipping cost from your refund.

We apply free returns within Sweden for orders above 500 SEK.

At the moment we do not have the possibility to offer the service of pre-paid return labels outside of Sweden.



Do you need to exchange a product?

We offer 14 days right to exchange a product should you need to change a size, color or just want another product. You are responsible to pay your return shipping cost. We then offer you free shipping on the replaced product. If you are returning your product from Sweden we can assist you with a pre-paid return label (see above “Return shipping cost”).

 

If you want to exchange a product just send an email to customercare@zenlipadel.com for further instructions. Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will send you the replaced item.

Non-collected items

You are responsible for filling in the correct name, e-mail and address when placing your order. If you do not collect a package delivered to you, we will charge you for the entire shipping costs as well as any other additional costs incurred due to the non-collection of the package sent to you. Please note that a non-collected package is not covered by the statutory right to return an item within 14 days.

Complaints 

Before dispatching your order we control all products meticulously to ensure they are in perfect condition at your receiving. In the event a product is delivered damaged or defective, we commit to fix this free of charge in accordance with applicable Swedish consumer protection legislation. If we are unable to fix the damaged or defective product or replace it with a similar product, we will refund your cost for the defective product.  Please note that our responsibility to fix damaged or defective products does not cover damages caused by the shipping company. If your package is damaged at your delivery you are responsible of pointing this out to the carrier and to make a complaint to the shipping company by contacting their customer service.

Guarantee of a product only covers original defects and not normal wear of a product or defects due to your negligence to follow our care instructions. Your order number with us is valid as your proof of guarantee. We reserve the right to refuse your complaint if the product is not considered as a defective product according to Swedish consumer protection legislation. We follow recommendations set out by the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). 

How to make a complaint

You must notify us immediately from the time you discover or should have discovered the defect/damage, by sending an e-mail to customercare@zenlipadel.com providing you name, address, email, order number and a short description of the defective/damaged product. Do not return a defective product before our approval.

Zenli AB will reimburse your shipping cost if your complaint is accepted.

Inaccuracies on the web site

Although we strive for accuracy in all information provided on our web site, errors may occur. 

We reserve the right for any typographical errors and other inaccuracies on our web site. We may at any time correct any such errors and change or update information on this web site. Should we find that an incorrect price has been applied for a product in your order we will correct the price accordingly and bring this to your attention by email and await your approval before proceeding with the order. Pictures and colors on our website cannot be guaranteed to reproduce the exact appearance of our products due to differences in monitor and photo quality.

Personal information about you

We refer to our privacy policy for information regarding how we treat your personal information when placing an order or visiting our web site. 

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to make changes in these Terms at any time. All changes will be posted on this web site for you to read.

Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by Swedish law.
